Refund Policy
Effective date: 19 October 2026
Legal entity. NexusCortex LLC is the parent company and legal operating entity. AuditTrue is a registered doing-business-as (DBA) name of NexusCortex LLC. Unless an accepted order identifies another authorised seller, purchases under the AuditTrue brand are contracted with NexusCortex LLC. Payment terms and the provider shown at checkout also apply.
1. Subscription cancellation
You may request cancellation through the account controls provided or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals once processed. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, access remains available through the paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already made.
2. Refund eligibility
Subscription charges for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or approved after review. We will review requests made within 14 days of the charge, considering the reason, account usage, billing records and any service issue. A request within 14 days is eligible for review, not an automatic guarantee of a refund.
We give particular consideration to duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, billing errors and material service issues we cannot reasonably resolve. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. One-time purchases and services
Refund requests for one-time purchases or separately quoted services are assessed against the accepted order, work completed, deliverables supplied and applicable law. Contact us promptly if a charge appears incorrect or you wish to cancel before work begins.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the account email, charge date, amount and currency, transaction reference if available, and reason. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and respond as soon as reasonably practical.
5. Refund processing and disputes
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the provider that processed the payment. Posting time depends on the provider and financial institution. Contact us about suspected billing errors so we can investigate; this does not waive rights with your bank or payment provider.
